Cherrie Liu
Registered Psychologist
Hi, I am Cherrie. I was born and raised in Hong Kong, China. I can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. During my teenage years, I came to Sydney as an international student. Little did I know that I would eventually spend more than 25 years in a country where I once felt so foreign. I am married to Nicholas, an enthusiastic gardener and we have two teenage daughters.
I am passionate about walking alongside and helping others in their struggles. I use an integrated approach with mixed modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Couple’s Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive and professional counselling service.
