We recognize the challenges individuals face when English is not their first language in finding suitable mental health professionals. Since 1997, the dedicated and professional counselling team at First Light Care has been offering Cantonese and Mandarin therapy services.

Fee: $200 per session
Availability: Fortnightly on Thursdays
