本研討會旨在提供一些就如何建立持久內在動力的指引。雖然沒有靈丹妙藥可以即時大幅增加動力,但一些習慣和透過學習,我們大腦中的獎勵系統可以逐漸讓我們擺脫動力缺乏的循環。
This seminar provides some pointers on how to build long-lasting intrinsic motivation. Although there is no magic pill for immediately and drastically increasing motivation, developing some new habits and learning about the reward system in our brain can gradually move us out from a cycle of demotivation
