Hey, Dad! A parenting program for fathers


This is a six-session program designed to assist men in strengthening their relationship with their children and to become more effective fathers. This program is run in a group setting, providing a non-threatening environment where men can share their experiences and gain support from one another.

Topics include:

  • Understanding Child Development
  • Dealing with Strong Emotions
  • Building up Self-esteem
  • Effective Communication
  • Directions in Discipline
  • Mothers and Fathers Working Together
Hey, Mum! A parenting program for mothers


This is a six-session program designed to assist women in strengthening their relationship with their children and to become more effective mothers. This program is run in a group setting, providing a non-threatening environment where women can share their experiences and gain support from one another.
